Job Title: Service Advisor

This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our team in a Service Advisor position. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Work closely with our technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze vehicle repair orders and recommend additional repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
  • Participate in sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue and market share.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a service advisor role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
