We operate 12 community-based hotels across Tasmania, employing over 400 people.
Our venues offer a range of services including bars, gaming, bistros, accommodation and entertainment.
This presents numerous opportunities for guests to engage in various activities.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Take customer orders for food and beverages efficiently.
- Handle gaming enquiries, provide guest service and process payouts professionally.
- Clean the venue to maintain a high standard of presentation at all times.
- Ensure safe opening and closing procedures are followed to guarantee staff safety.
- A current Tasmanian RSA and RCG or ability to obtain these certifications.
- Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work as part of a team and have a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
