About us:

We are a family-friendly venue located in Launceston, Tasmania. Our facilities include tennis courts, an indoor heated swimming pool, a gym, two restaurants, a bar, and conference spaces.

Our menu features pub classics such as steaks, burgers, schnitzels, kids' meals, and wood-fired pizzas. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, every shift is unique and exciting.

  • Pouring and serving drinks behind our busy bar
  • Assisting with food service and taking orders
  • Helping customers with gaming, including processing payments and winnings
  • Daily cleaning in both the bar and grill
  • Assisting with events or large groups as needed by the business
  • Assisting with opening and closing the venue
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons, including those of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Communication

Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.

Teamwork

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve team goals and objectives.

Compliance

Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming) license, or be willing to obtain one.
