Operations Manager Job Opportunity

Croc's Playcentre is a well-established destination for family entertainment, attracting over 500,000 visitors and hosting 12,000 birthday parties annually.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to oversee the daily operations of our venues.

  • Manage the in-store café and retail offerings
  • Coordinate high-volume children's birthday parties and private functions
  • Ensure the safe operation of the playground equipment
  • Process bookings and respond to customer inquiries
  • Implement day-to-day operations in line with our C.R.O.C.S standards: Cleanliness, Retail Experience, Operations, Customer Experience, Safety

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams, driving sales growth, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently, efficiently, and resiliently
  • Passion for creating a supportive and motivating team culture
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and Working with Children's check
