Job Description:The Role
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you will support our engagement with Native Title Holders and help deliver on our Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA) obligations. You will also contribute to cultural awareness training and community engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support respectful relationships with stakeholders
- Help achieve Aboriginal employment and training outcomes in line with the ILUA
- Contribute to cultural awareness training and community engagement activities
- Coordinate heritage management procedures and compliance
- Provide administrative support, including budget tracking and contract management
Requirements:Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest in Indigenous cultures and a strong understanding of community engagement principles. You will be working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure cultural protocols are embedded in our operations. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
