Enterprise Service Delivery Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead a large-scale Enterprise Service Management up-lift initiative. This 12-month contract, with potential extensions, will be based in Brisbane with flexible working arrangements available.

As the successful candidate, you will work closely with the Executive Director to drive the program's delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective program management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing authoritative advice on program management issues
  • Preparing high-level program submissions and reports for Government and Executive Management consideration

You will have the following key skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in program management, particularly in Enterprise Service Management related projects or work streams
  • Senior-level functional experience in enterprise-wide implementation of Service Management technologies and processes
  • Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to motivate, influence, persuade, and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Proven capacity to effectively manage competing resourcing, planning, and funding demands of concurrent projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver detailed reports, briefings, and presentations
