Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service level agreements, operating level agreements, and underpinning contracts with service providers to deliver agreed services to customers.

  • Proactively create and manage SLAs, OLAs, and UCs to meet defined service levels.

Work collaboratively with customers to manage and understand respective service requirements, ensuring service levels remain aligned with changing business needs and evolving delivery capabilities.

  1. Manage and oversee the operation of complex enterprise information systems and infrastructure.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and IT initiatives.
