
Regional Sales Strategist

As Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a visit plan for the region to drive business growth.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers through exceptional listening skills and ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Forecast market potential both short-term and long-term within the region.
- Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers by delivering impactful technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in selling industrial V belt and fluid power products.
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
- Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
