About the Role

This role involves executing a strategic sales plan and delivering contractual obligations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as primary point of contact for major customers and contracts
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to manage existing customers, grow business, and achieve financial objectives
  • Leading internal and external communications related to service, delivery, and price for major contracts
  • Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are understood, communicated, and achieved in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Completing required internal and external reporting requirements
  • Attending customer meetings and conducting customer presentations on our service offering and contract deliverables
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of resources required for effective and efficient delivery of contractual requirements

Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Senior sales experience within a competitive sales environment
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve results
  • Proven ability and success in developing and converting sales opportunities at a Tier 0 and Tier 1 level
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • High-level commercial acumen and awareness
  • Strong reporting and analytic skills
