
Regional Sales Manager

As a key player in our operations, you will lead the charge in managing relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.
The role requires developing and executing a visit plan for the region, strengthening and expanding relationships with distributors and customers, forecasting market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region, creating action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction.
You will deliver impactful presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end-users.
Skills required:
- Must have experience in selling industrial products.
- Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
- Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality CRM systems.
- Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
