Job Overview

As a Learning and Training Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development of our workforce by delivering high-quality training programs.

This is a Permanent or Fixed Term Full Time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a culture of customer-centricity and demonstrating a constant approach to organizational values and behaviours.
  • Contributing effectively to business improvement and change management activities.
  • Undertaking all duties in accordance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.
  • Proactively contributing to maintaining our Work Health and Safety Management (WHS) Framework.
  • Taking personal accountability for own performance and participating in all performance development activities.
  • Collaboratively engaging with team members to create positive outcomes for key stakeholders.
