People Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a People Partner. This role will provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in human resources or a related discipline and demonstrated experience in a human resources role within mining or other heavy industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing constructive working relationships with employees and managers, providing guidance on human resources and employee relations legislation and practices, and supporting operational leaders to progress day-to-day activities and culture initiatives.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters.
  • Analyse and monitor workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in response.
