Transportation Infrastructure Specialist

A senior civil engineer in our team will play a key role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to multidisciplinary rail design projects with a focus on station and corridor integration
- Coordinating across disciplines to deliver complex design solutions aligned with client expectations
- Driving digital engineering practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across teams
- Building strong relationships with major clients and mentoring junior team members
The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of civil engineering experience with a strong emphasis on rail design and project delivery. Proven ability in design leadership, coordination, and integration across multiple disciplines is essential. Proficiency in digital engineering tools and workflows such as BIM and CDE platforms is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
