Key Role: Digital Learning Strategist

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Success: Contribute to transformation success by upholding values of safety, collaboration, customer-centricity, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Technology Integration: Lead the integration of educational technologies and virtual learning strategies to enhance teaching and assessment practices.
  • Professional Development: Develop and deliver professional development programs focused on digital pedagogy, virtual classroom management, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Innovation and Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative digital solutions improving learner engagement and outcomes.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on selecting and applying digital tools and platforms for vocational education and training.
  • Best Practices: Promote best practices in online and blended learning environments.
  • Resource Development: Support the development of digital learning resources and contribute to continuous improvement of virtual delivery models.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives in teaching and learning.
  • Experience designing and evaluating technology-enhanced learning programs and resources.
  • Strong understanding of current trends in online education, instructional design, and digital assessment strategies.
  • High-level communication, consultation, and influencing skills with ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
