As a Client and Charter Coordinator at Alliance Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in the Operations Control Centre (OCC). Your key focus areas will include:

  • Managing the operational delivery of ad-hoc charters and assisting with planning future charters as needed.
  • Advising on customer and client issues during operational challenges, and assisting the OCC in managing disruptions, including arranging accommodations for crew and guests.
  • Ensuring Operational, Commercial Stakeholders and airport / ground handlers remain informed of any issues impacting the client.
  • Point of contact for clients relating to passengers and passenger services for the delivery of charters on the day of operations.
  • Addressing and resolving service delivery issues and managing client expectations on the day, including handling catering concerns, delays, and disruptions with effective solutions and alternatives.
  • Managing public reservation bookings and general inquiries while accurately maintaining and reporting OCC On Time Performance.

Requirements

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with experience in aviation operations. Your skills will consist of:

  • Relevant exposure within an Operations Control Centre (OCC) or experience in Ground Handling Operations environment.
  • Previous experience in Aviation Reservations Systems (highly beneficial).
  • Highly capable in Microsoft Suite (including Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Great time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Educated to Degree level in Aviation Management or Aviation related discipline (Desirable).
