Job Title: Senior Hospitality ManagerJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong focus on quality, and the ability to motivate and develop their team.Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and motivate team members to achieve a high standard of health and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Ensure all systems, policies, procedures, and standards are implemented and maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for new staff members.
  • Manage and coordinate the hospitality team, including resource planning, training, mentoring, recruitment, performance management, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure all team members have a high level of product knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen work area by ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
  • Apply and monitor food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry experience within a large multi-outlet venue.
  • Associated industry qualification, such as a Food Safety Certification, is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and chemical safety protocols.
  • Effective communication, delegation, and guidance skills.
  • Self-organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Manual Driver's license is essential.
  • Forklift license is desirable.
  • Flexibility with working hours.

As a Senior Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
