We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Hospitality Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
About the Role- As a Senior Hospitality Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial establishment, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.
- You will lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent service to our customers.
- Your expertise in leadership and communication will be essential in building strong relationships with your team, as well as other stakeholders such as suppliers and partners.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, focusing on their career development and succession planning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets regulatory requirements and exceeds customer expectations.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local community groups.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
