Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Hospitality Leader to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.

About the Role
  • As a Senior Hospitality Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial establishment, ensuring that all aspects of service meet the highest standards.
  • You will lead a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent service to our customers.
  • Your expertise in leadership and communication will be essential in building strong relationships with your team, as well as other stakeholders such as suppliers and partners.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, focusing on their career development and succession planning.
  3. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets regulatory requirements and exceeds customer expectations.
  4. Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and local community groups.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior hospitality role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
