Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Estimation Manager to join our sales team. The role involves providing customers with package pricing for CNC laser and bandsaw processing services. Our company operates two high-powered fiber lasers capable of cutting up to 150mm thick stainless-steel plate.



Detailed Description

This is an opportunity for someone with high-level sales estimation experience in CNC processing, requiring involvement in the full sales and customer service cycle from enquiry through to presenting a competitive package. The role involves collaborating with a larger team to facilitate demanding and complex orders, supporting customers, building strong working relationships, and contributing to business growth.



Key Responsibilities
  • Providing detailed quotations to customers utilizing CNC processing equipment
  • Development and maintenance of assigned customers, industries, products, and services
  • Full order and contract management – to provide customers with consistent and up-to-date communication on projects
  • Supporting our national sales team with specialist product and project requirements


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of the stainless steel or steel industry would be well-regarded but not essential
  • Advanced knowledge and experience on CNC processing via laser, plasma, and waterjet processing
  • Previous experience in sales servicing or within industrial wholesale, including industries related to engineering, fabrication, water treatment, building, marine, and mining, would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work within a team to achieve the best service delivery for our customers
  • A high level of customer service capability and ethic
  • Must have full working rights for Australia
