Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil estimating with a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates on time.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have a proactive attitude that aligns with our company culture.

  • Tertiary Qualification in Civil/Structural/Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in local civil estimating with a strong understanding of Australian building codes and regulations
  • First principles estimating on tenders over $20m with a focus on risk management and opportunities identification
  • Broad experience across civil works, concrete, roads, bridges, etc.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders
  • Highly developed networks within the WA civil market with positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant bodies
About You:

To be considered for this role, you must have valid working rights for Australia and reside in Perth or be willing to relocate.

Aside from the attributes mentioned above, we are seeking a well-rounded individual who can deal confidently with clients directly at times, build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and have a proactive attitude that will help you assimilate to our company culture.
