Rehabilitation Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Expert to play a critical role in supporting worker recovery and rehabilitation.

As a valued member of our team, you will be instrumental in providing specialized services and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve the best possible health and return-to-work outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining quality across customer requirements in regard to rates, costs, and durations
  • Implementing services as per Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Counseling team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
  • Completing internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehabilitation on all claims
  • Representing the organization at public forums and on various committees as required

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic Care, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA)
  • At least 2 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation and the ability to strategically manage a portfolio
  • Specialized knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industry
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with diverse cultural groups
  • Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
  • A demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching, and developing others
  • Willingsness to travel, requiring a car and valid driver's license
