Manufacturing and Testing Specialist

As a manufacturing and testing specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products, repairing, servicing, and inspecting customer lifting equipment to meet Australian standards. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical trade background, with initiative and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture cable stockings, chain slings, fibre slings, and wire rope slings
  • Repair and service customer lifting equipment to relevant Australian Standards
  • Inspect lifting equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or electrical trade background
  • 2-3 years experience in a mechanical, electrical, or technical role
  • Current drivers license
  • Working knowledge of lifting, lashing, and safety equipment
