Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Inspector to join our team. As an Equipment Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our lifting and safety equipment products and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect and examine equipment to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and NATA accreditation requirements.
- Conduct proactive inspections to identify any issues or defects, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Promote our company's services and build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Work collaboratively with safety representatives to discuss safety protocols and procedures, and provide expert advice on equipment management and inventory control.
- Manage data accurately and efficiently using NATA/Safesite software, and ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding products and services, and respond to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in equipment management, inventory control, or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products and digital cameras is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a valid clean driver's license and good understanding of Dogging practices.
