**Job Title: Railway Bearing Inspector**

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Railway Bearing Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for inspecting and reconditioning railway bearings and axle boxes to meet our customers' specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and measure bearings and axle boxes to ensure they meet our customers' specifications
  • Conduct regular quality checks on bearings, axle boxes, and spherical bearings
  • Reassemble bearings and railway products after inspection and reconditioning
  • Ensure reconditioned bearings meet customer specifications
  • Maintain tools, measuring equipment, and machinery
  • Verify calibration of precision measuring equipment

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in bearing reconditioning is a plus, but not required - training will be provided
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift license
