High-Performance Exchange Connectivity Specialist

The role of Technical Team Lead involves overseeing the development and enhancement of low latency and high-frequency exchange connectivity applications.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering complex software systems that meet business needs.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with quants and traders to deliver impactful trading tools and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of highly technical software engineers and manage projects from inception to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within set timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop and manage scalable, high-performance systems supporting trading in the region.
- A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline.
- At least five years of experience as a technology team lead.
- Experience with exchange connectivity technology.
- Ten or more years of experience designing and developing applications using object-oriented programming in C++ on Linux.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a thorough understanding of full software development lifecycle and performance optimization/latency reduction methodologies.
