As a key player in our organization's technology transformation, you will be responsible for enhancing our in-house connectivity platform and delivering initiatives related to Delta 1 flow. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in low-level Java development and a focus on tuning for low-latency trading systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions to support the desk, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive simplification initiatives to maintain the platform's robustness and future-readiness, including architecture shaping and latency optimization.
  • Provide second-level production support to ensure high availability and reliability of our trading systems.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in low-level Java development, with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
  • Deep knowledge of the FIX protocol and its application in trading environments.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with automated testing, including building testing harnesses and ensuring robust systems.
  • Familiarity with performance testing and market data handling to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
