Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Electronic Trading Technology team in a pivotal role. The successful candidate will play a key part in enhancing our connectivity platform, driving initiatives related to Delta 1 flow, and ensuring the platform remains robust and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The chosen individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, including gathering requirements, coordinating with internal teams, developing software, and implementing it to support the desk.
  • They will shape the platform's architecture, drive simplification initiatives, and optimize system efficiency to maintain its competitive edge.
  • This role requires providing second-level production support to ensure high availability and reliability of trading systems.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in low-level Java development, with a focus on tuning for low-latency trading systems.
  • Strong knowledge of the FIX protocol and its application in trading environments is essential.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience with automated testing, including building testing harnesses, ensuring robust and reliable systems, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with performance testing and market data handling to optimize system efficiency and reliability is required.
