Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional for our Australian Property and Casualty Broking team.

The Role

  • Advise clients on optimal insurer access points.
  • Balance placements between markets to achieve sustainability and value optimization.
  • Develop broking strategies in collaboration with client relationship directors, servicers, and advocates.
  • Support tender response strategy and represent broking in client and insurer presentations.
  • Assist client servicers in managing client expectations.

Requirements

  • Strong market advocacy skills and excellent client and carrier relationship development.
  • Significant experience in Property and Casualty broking and servicing complex clients, supported by relevant qualifications and commercial acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of Property and Casualty products and classes enabling exceptional service delivery.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, ownership, and collaborative qualities.
