We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategy Leader to develop retail marketing strategies for Valentino and Designer Brand Fragrances.

This role requires someone with experience in analytics and business development, who can utilize market and consumer insights to identify growth levers in existing and new distribution channels.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the brand marketing team on campaign development, own the brand marketing plan per retail account, and develop retail marketing plans for online and offline channels.
  • They will also develop partnerships with retail partners to disrupt brand image, recruit new customers, and unlock growth, as well as oversee the brand beauty tech roadmap and retail education strategy.

About You:

  • You have experience in developing marketing 360s with knowledge of digital and social media touchpoints.
  • You have solid knowledge of the cosmetic category, including insights, trends, and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Retail Marketing Strategies: Create effective marketing plans to drive sales and growth for Valentino and Designer Brand Fragrances.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing Team: Work closely with the brand marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Own Brand Marketing Plan: Take ownership of the brand marketing plan per retail account, ensuring alignment with brand growth priorities and distribution strategy.
  • Develop Partnerships: Build strong relationships with retail partners to drive growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee Beauty Tech Roadmap: Manage the brand's beauty tech roadmap and retail education strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Experience in Analytics and Business Development: Proven track record of using data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Knowledge of Cosmetic Category: In-depth understanding of the cosmetic category, including trends, insights, and touchpoints.
  • Marketing Skills: Excellent marketing skills, including campaign development, branding, and partnership building.
