Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to prioritize development activities.
- Develop engaging blended learning programs and e-learning content that drive high impact results.
- Facilitate workshops, including leadership development sessions, to foster growth and improvement.
- Cordinate our organizational Learning and Leadership calendar.
- Support trainee and Academy programs by providing expert guidance and resources.
- Co-design/curate practical, creative, and engaging learning toolkits and content.
- Consult with key stakeholders on best practice learning and development strategies.

The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, and experience in designing and delivering impactful learning and/or leadership development programs.
