Job Title: Privileged Access Management Security Professional

Introduction

A career in a PAM consulting role is rooted in long-term relationships and close collaboration with clients across the globe. You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance to clients for developing strategies and technical roadmaps for digital identity solutions across customer identity, identity governance, and privileged access management.

The successful candidate will lead architecture and design workshops, be hands-on, and have the ability to lead a team of specialists implementing, configuring, and integrating identity suite products, as well as managing operations support for large PAM implementations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, assess their existing systems, and recommend optimal solutions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing support will be key to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

We are hiring for multiple roles, so experience with one or more products across various identity domains will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to privileged access management.
  2. Assess clients' existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for digital identity integration.
  3. Design and architect PAM solutions tailored to meet clients' requirements.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams for successful implementation, configuration, and customization of PAM products.
  5. Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to educate them on PAM functionalities and best practices.
  6. Provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance.
  7. Document project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
  8. Coordinate and validate artefacts related to audit queries and provide remediation for identified gaps.
  9. Support operations teams in incident management, problem management, applying security patches, defect fixes, vendor coordination, application onboarding, and operations management.
  10. Coach and mentor junior security consultants and develop team skills in selected vendor products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in PAM architecture, consulting, identity and access governance, and privileged access management.
  • Specialized knowledge of IBM PAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, EntraID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
  • Proven client-facing experience as a PAM security professional.
  • Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and identity federation technologies.
  • Experience with protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex enterprise PAM solutions.
  • Experience managing operations in large PAM environments.
