Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure digital identity solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to digital identity management.
  • Assess clients' existing systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for digital identity integration.
  • Design and architect digital identity solutions tailored to meet clients' requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and customization of digital identity products.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients' stakeholders to educate them on digital identity functionalities and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Network / Telecommunications Engineer B.Tech., B.E, MCA, M.Sc. IT.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital identity architecture design, digital identity consulting, identity and access governance, and privileged access management.
  • Specialized on: IBM PAM Products like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, EntraID, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
  • Proven experience as a digital identity security professional in client-facing roles, preferably in the field of identity and access management.
  • Familiarity with related technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
  • Experience with identity and access management (PAM) frameworks, protocols, and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
