Key Responsibilities
  1. Consult with digital teams to understand application landscapes, user flows, and identity challenges.
  2. Guide customers on designing secure and delightful customer journeys, balancing frictionless UX with strong identity controls.
  3. Lead discovery workshops to align CIAM strategies with business goals.
  4. Translate business use cases into solution architecture using Okta's Customer Identity products.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of developer tooling, application architecture, and user-centric identity design.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to advocate for standards-based identity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to represent the company as a technical expert at customer meetings and events.
