Job Title: Identity and Access Management Director

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to lead our IAM delivery teams and provide technical and architectural leadership to clients across various industries. As an IAM Director, you will be responsible for delivering digital identity services and solutions that address clients' complex challenges.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements and provide technical and architectural guidance to a team of specialists.
  • Participate in industry discussions to stay up-to-date with upcoming product roadmaps and IAM trends.
  • Develop and share thought leadership on IAM concepts, best practices, and vendor products.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have 7+ years of experience in IAM, providing strategy and architectural services across Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management. You will also have experience leading IAM delivery teams, engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions. Your passion for staying at the forefront of technology change and collaborating with a globally connected modern and agile team will make you an excellent fit for this role.
