Job Overview:

The ICT Change and Release Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating technology transformation, ensuring seamless deployment of new services.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Technology Change, Release & Deployment Management processes and procedures to drive business value.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders, fostering collaboration and influencing others to align with strategic objectives.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of IT service transition and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collect necessary information from CABs and other sources to determine authorization of changes.
  • Validate that interfaces with all other service management processes are maintained and integrated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure timely completion of projects, driving stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with technology changes, ensuring business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a culture of excellence.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the change and release management process, driving process maturity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and facilitating Technology Change, Release & Deployment Management processes and procedures, driving business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others, building trust and credibility.
  • Knowledge of IT service transition and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), applying best practices to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making, driving informed business decisions.
