Senior Transition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Transition Manager to lead our change management efforts.

This role is critical in ensuring seamless transitions and minimal service disruption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage Change Advisory Board protocols and change approval hierarchies.
  • Oversee end-to-end transition workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate transition requests and scheduling across providers to minimise service impact.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations.
  • Align ITSM processes with business objectives to deliver structured transition frameworks.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful transition delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and organisational change.
  • Strong background in transition management within both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within SIAM governance models.
  • Expertise in ITSM alignment, transition frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Defence or consulting environments is highly desirable.
