About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administration Assistant to join our team in the Hobart region. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide efficient day-to-day administration support to our team, working in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and a willingness to learn.

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a lot of variety and the opportunity to support Administration and Operations, including operating a Forklift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
  • General Administration and Office Support
  • Processing of documentation accurately and efficiently within required timeframes
  • Answering telephones and responding to email enquiries
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met
  • Facilitating the flow of information between sales, operations, administration, and management
About You
  • Forklift license (highly regarded)
  • Experience in a similar Administration role
  • Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
