Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally.

  • Manage the main telephone switchboard and direct inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Welcome couriers and oversee deliveries, ensuring packages are received and distributed efficiently
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, meeting rooms, and kitchen
  • Coordinate outgoing mail and parcels, ensuring everything is prepared and sent on time
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, helping keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements:
  • Experience in a front desk or reception role
  • Confidence in managing incoming calls and directing inquiries with ease
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
