We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

The role involves managing the reception desk, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and performing general administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to all incoming calls and direct them accordingly.
- Welcome visitors with a friendly smile and ensure their needs are met.
- Perform various administrative duties, including basic cleaning, to maintain a tidy and presentable workspace.
- Sort mail, arrange catering, maintain meeting rooms, handle typing tasks, and order supplies as required.
