About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Operations leader to join our team at Echo Entertainment Group. As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective completion of maintenance works across our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate personnel and contracted resources on shift to achieve effective completion of maintenance works.
  • Support the Property Operations Manager with the development and implementation of business plans across the department.
  • Assist with prioritizing and scheduling of work orders between departments.
  • Contribute to cost-saving strategies, including work methodologies and energy-saving concepts.
  • Supervise the relevant operational functions of the Property Operations Team, to achieve the department's objectives in conjunction with division and company objectives.
Requirements
  • Exposure to Enterprise Agreements (highly advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) principles.
  • Workforce Management knowledge, as well as 24/7 rosters.
  • Exposure to in-house and outsourced skill-based trades & expertise.
  • Understanding of contract management & contractor management.
