We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Rail Network Coordinator to join our team at Australian Rail Track Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, talent development through to offboarding and providing accurate, informed and timely advice and information to managers and employees on people-related policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain information within the People Platform ensuring accurate employee records management that complies with legislative requirements.
- Preparation of people-related documentation including letters of offer and changes to employment terms and conditions.
- Ensure that policies and procedures that relate to human resource management are effectively applied in line with Just and Fair Culture.
- Provide advice and support to managers and employees in the application of People policies, procedures and the interpretation of enterprise agreements.
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources coordination and administration, including use of Human Resource Information Systems.
- Demonstrated communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion and sound judgment in dealing with issues including escalation when required.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- The ability to interpret and apply legislation, awards and agreements as they relate to employment.
