About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Operations team. As an Administration Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date asset data in our IT systems.
  • Perform data entry and analysis to support our operations teams.
  • Provide administrative support to our operations teams, including scheduling and coordination.
Requirements
  • Basic experience and knowledge of asset data bases.
  • IT computing skills, including experience in database interrogation and analysis of data.
  • Fast and accurate data entry.
Desirable Selection Criteria
  • Proven administration skills.
  • Sound knowledge of railway infrastructure and systems.
