About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a key member of our People & Performance team, you will play a vital role in supporting a positive workplace culture and fostering employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate people-related documentation, including letters of offer and changes to employment terms and conditions.
  • Provide advice and support to managers and employees on people-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective application of policies and procedures in line with our Just and Fair Culture.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources coordination and administration, including use of Human Resource Information Systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use discretion and sound judgment in dealing with issues.
  • Interpretation and application of legislation, awards, and agreements as they relate to employment.
