Work as a Rehabilitation Specialist

We are dedicated to empowering individuals after workplace incidents. Our mission is to positively impact their lives by delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Case Management for clients
  • Carry out Single Service Assessments
  • Negotiate positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
  • Support injured workers in returning to suitable paid employment
  • Facilitate independence in workers to return to work
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology or Rehab Counselling
  • Eligibility for Provisional registration as a Psychologist with the relevant Health Practitioner Regulation body or Eligibility for membership with the relevant professional association
  • New Graduates are welcome to apply
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
  • Strong aptitude for time management & goal-setting
  • Strong report writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • A positive, solution-focused outlook
