This is a lucrative opportunity to become a trusted advisor in our legal team.
We are seeking an experienced lawyer who can provide strategic, solutions-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver corporate legal advice on a full spectrum of legal issues to support business activities, ensure compliance with regulations and manage risk.
- Provide expertise on drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, contracts and other legal documents to protect company interests.
- Mentor and supervise lawyers within the legal team.
About You
- You will be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- You will identify problems and come up with innovative solutions.
- Tertiary qualifications in law and current unrestricted practicing certificate as an Australian Legal Practitioner.
- Extensive experience working in superannuation or financial services.
- Knowledge of Commonwealth and State legislation related to financial services, particularly superannuation, advice and life insurance.
