This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced legal professional to deliver high-quality corporate legal services, making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable Queenslanders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on contracts, including drafting and amending agreements.
- Contribute to the commercial and legal aspects of contract development and management.
- Manage responses to complaints from regulatory bodies regarding the ethical conduct and competency of legal professionals.
- Offer guidance and support to colleagues in relation to individual complaints received.
- Conduct thorough reviews of decisions on information requests and provide authoritative legal advice.
- Provide assistance to senior executives on legal matters as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract drafting and management, knowledge of administrative law, and excellent communication skills.
