Job Overview

The role is a strategic position that supports Defence's Enterprise Committees. The individual will oversee daily enterprise committee functions, engage with stakeholders, develop strategic documentation, and facilitate high-level meetings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Defence Committee, Investment Committee, Chiefs of Service Committee, Strategic Policy Committee, and Enterprise Business Committee.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver quality administrative and analytical support to Defence Senior Leadership.
  • Manage all aspects of Committee administration, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and nurture career development opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Defence Senior Leadership and other committees.
  • Strategic Documentation: Develop and maintain strategic documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate high-level meetings, including Defence Committee meetings and other relevant committee meetings.
