Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic care to patients or clients in the practice setting.
  • Act as a role model in delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care and individual case management to patients or clients within the practice setting.
  • Assist in the management of action research projects and participate in quality assurance programs and policy development within the practice setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively, demonstrate commitment to upholding high standards of patient care quality and compliance, and exhibit flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

RequirementsEssential
  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare system and maintains an unrestricted registration as a registered nurse.
  • Demonstrates contemporary knowledge and experience of Healthdirect Virtual Health Services.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care quality and compliance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Desired
  • Demonstrates clinical experience and knowledge of quality culture and clinical governance methods and reporting.
