Job Title: Senior Healthcare Leader

This is a senior leadership position within our healthcare team. As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of healthcare services to patients in a correctional centre.

\r

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating healthcare services, as well as overseeing the delivery of those services.

\r

As part of this role, you will also be required to interface effectively with other managers and service directors within the organisation.
