Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated healthcare leader to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong operational leadership, driving service development and change management, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and skilled team, shaping the future of healthcare delivery in a rapidly evolving area. The role requires experience in leading complex health services and multidisciplinary teams, with a proven track record in change management and project development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across health, community, and NGO sectors. A genuine passion for working with transgender children, adolescents, and young adults is essential, ensuring their voices and lived experiences shape service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading complex health services and multidisciplinary teams
  • Change management expertise with the ability to navigate evolving models of care and embed sustainable improvements
  • Strong project development, implementation and management skills
  • Decision-making skills with the capacity to analyse complex situations and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
