We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Philanthropy Manager to join our team.
The RoleThis key role involves deepening and growing relationships with major donors across various regions, including individuals, small business owners, giving circles, and philanthropic networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify, manage and grow a portfolio of major donors making significant annual contributions using strategic engagement to strengthen relationships and increase giving over time.
- Develop tailored goals and communication plans for each donor, aligned with their interests and capacity.
- Proactively engage new philanthropic prospects and referral networks to expand the donor base.
- Craft impactful pitches and project proposals to secure funding.
- Host and deliver presentations, events, and insight trips to foster meaningful connections.
- Steward relationships to identify and cultivate planned giving opportunities, including legacy gifts.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry forums, expos, and conferences to build partnerships and drive growth.
